The Governing Body of St Luke’s wishes to appoint,

Level 3 Teaching Assistant (Key Stage 2b)

Pay Grade G4 SCP 7 – 11 ( pro-rated)

The role will include:

• Providing support within the classroom, under the direction of the class teacher.

• Working with the other staff in the year group to establish appropriate learning support for identified children/groups.

• Implementing agreed teaching activities.

• Monitoring and evaluating pupils’ responses to learning activities.

• Providing objective and accurate regular feedback on pupils’ achievement and progress to the class teacher.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Applicants must hold a Level 3 teaching assistant qualification.
