Update (07.10.20)

Hello Everyone,

Can you believe we have completed five weeks of our Term already? Time is flying by and we are seeing lots of changes as Autumn sets in.

Can you believe we have completed five weeks of our Term already? Time is flying by and

I suddenly realised that due to all the information we had to share with you about school and Covid-19 we had not shared other important news with you about our St Luke's Family!

New Teachers: If you are in Year 4 you will already have met Miss Ceresa who is teaching in Emerald Class and in Nursery you will have met Miss Belson. This week Year 5 have welcomed Miss Watkins (another one!), who will be completing her teacher training at St Luke’s!

New Arrivals: In June Mrs Turner (from Nursery) and her family welcomed Baby Lucas

and then in July Miss Watkins (from nursery) and family welcomed Baby Bessie. They are all really well and send their love to everyone.

You will now be able to access our Key Events for Parents/Carers on the website. Unfortunately, many of our usual events are sadly missing but we look forward to the year with hope that we will be able to introduce other activities later in the school year. If you would like a printed copy of the Key Events please email or ring school to request this.

Thank you to everyone for your efforts in maintaining distance around the site and for those of you, who are able, who are choosing to wear face coverings. Our attendance this week has been really good which means that our families are staying safe and healthy. This is a real blessing for us all. Children are back in school, in lessons and the school is filled with smiles and laughter.

God bless, Mrs Grennan
